Cancellation notification should be provided at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. For last minute cancellations a cancellation fee may collected.
When arriving late it is important to know that your originally scheduled service may have to be modified to fit into the reduced amount of time remaining in your appointment to ensure the next guest is not kept waiting. The full value of your scheduled time will be charged less any products that were not used due to the modified appointment.
